Phase I Focus: Supporting Rescues When It Matters Most
Starting April 2026
As we open and establish our foundation, one of our earliest priorities is building strong, trusted relationships with local rescues and shelters.
During Phase I, our focus is on:
- Becoming a reliable overflow option when rescues are over capacity
- Providing safe, structured care during critical transitions
- Supporting shelters without compromising the care of dogs already with us
- Hosting adoption events to help dogs move from temporary care into permanent homes
We approach this work thoughtfully. We step in when we can truly help and we do so in a way that protects calm, safety, and consistency for every dog involved.
Phase I is about showing up quietly, building trust, and being dependable when the need is real.
Phase II Focus: Creating Opportunity Through Partnership
Beginning January 2027
As our boarding capabilities expand in Phase II, so does our ability to deepen community partnership – especially through our work with Full Armor Ranch, a sober living home serving military veterans and first responders.
This partnership goes beyond donations. In Phase II, our focus includes:
- Creating meaningful job opportunities connected to dog care and facility operations
- Providing structured, purpose-driven work that supports stability and recovery
- Building pathways for skill development, responsibility, and confidence
- Expanding our ability to assist rescues while growing our overnight care capacity
This work matters to us because dignity, purpose, and steady support change lives, both human and K9.
Phase II allows us to increase impact while staying true to our core belief: growth should always strengthen people, not strain them.
